THE BIBLE which is God’s message to the world

All scripture (the whole Bible) we are told is given by inspiration of God and is profitable ... However, many disregard the Bible as a book which is out-of-date, having no place in the 21st century. Other consider it as nothing more than a book of historical records.

Since the Bible has stood the test of time, been proved true by historical events, archaeological findings and continues to be found reliable in the light of present day activities - how can we do other than pick up one of the worlds best selling books and read it?

The Bible is divided into two testaments (old and new) and is made up of 66 books written by many different people over several hundreds of years. As the writers (ranging from kings to fishermen) were guided by God, the message is consistent throughout. The message of the Bible is as relevant today as it was to those to whom it was first written centuries ago. It is a message that gives 'the believer' hope for the future.
